11C is a restaurant and club. It is seen in the My Scene CD-ROM, and Barbie wrote about it in her journal in December 2002 and February 2003. Barbie wrote that 11C is a trendy nightspot and it usually takes months to get a reservation there. Barbie has been there with her friends multiple times.
