Nolee

Nolee is a My Scene character. First produced in 2003, she was the fourth character to be introduced to the My Scene girls after Barbie, Madison, and Chelsea. Nolee was discontinued in 2007.

Biography[]

Nolee lives in New York City with her parents. Nolee is Japanese-American. She is a Gemini. She first appeared in the webisodes "Does She Buy It?" and "Game On?". Her sixteenth birthday is shown in the episode "Club Birthday." Nolee first met Madison and Barbie at a clothing store. They had an incident where Nolee and Madison wanted to buy the same blouse, but they became friends afterward after seeing each other again at a club where she then met Chelsea.

Personality[]

Nolee is the sporty, intelligent girl in the group. She is also very boho chic and zen and loves fortune telling, yoga, tarot cards, and interpreting dreams. She is kindhearted and a loyal friend. She loves skateboarding and rollerblading because it is a fun exercise and gets her around the city. She thinks she has a natural talent for skateboarding. She is very athletic. She is also interested in supernatural facts. She is also good at keeping secrets. She believes in karma and good fortune. When it comes to style, Nolee is all about comfort. Nevertheless, she tries to choose fashionable and flashy clothes and is often dressed boho or sporty-chic.

Physical Appearance[]

Nolee is a slender East Asian-American teenager with pale skin, long black hair, and brown eyes. She had lavender eyes for some dolls and all webisodes before Jammin' in Jamaica.

Relationships[]

Nolee is close friends with Barbie, Madison, Chelsea, Delancey, Kenzie, who is her old friend, and later Kennedy. She also had the opportunity to get to know Lindsay Lohan. Her guy friends are River, Sutton, Hudson and Ellis and she was romantically involved with Bryant. Nolee and Bryant were romantically linked until he moved away to England and was discontinued. Their relationship was shown in a few webisodes but not in any of the doll lines or movies. She was never romantically linked to anyone else since Bryant moved away. It was shown in the Hanging Out webisodes that tons of boys from the local skate park have crushes on her, but when they all show up at the Urban Desire concert to meet her, she is pretty creeped out.

Her pet dog is a pug named Cookie.
She is named after Nolita in New York. Nolita is sometimes written as "NoLIta" and is short for "North of Little Italy," a Manhattan neighborhood.
Her first appearance webisode was in "Does She Buy It?"
The first Nolee doll was produced as part of the "Spring Break" line.
She is the last of the first four My Scene girls to have a "What's Your Scene?" feature commercial.
Her last official appearance was in the "Rebel Style" doll line, and her previous webisode appearance was in "'Tis the Season."
Nolee's birthday is May 23rd.
The My Scene website advertised a "separate" website for Nolee from 2004-2008.
Although most of Nolee's animated versions include brown eyes, Nolee was mainly produced as a doll with violet eyes.
