Nia's dog only appears if you choose the Splashy Chic theme in the Shopping Spree mini-game. Nia also mentions it in her All About Me page when she claims that her pet is an "adorable pup" that she found. Its breed is unconfirmed, but it appears to be a Dalmatian.
